It is a comprehensive professional colored
yarn and textile production company.The key
products include all kinds of knitted union
colored yarn and dyed-yarn woven fabrics like
all-cotton, polyester cotton, viscose filament
yarn, combed cotton, flax, wool and etc. The
products are mainly applied in the yarn for
large diameter circular knitting machine,
flat knitting machine, sock knitting machine,
and shuttle weaving machine. All the physical
and chemical indexes of the colored yarn meet
the European standard and accord with the
environment protective demands.
Dyeing and finishing equipment:60 high-temperature-high-pressure
package-dyeing machines, with various sizes
of complementary dyeing vessel. The daily
output of all-cotton colored yarn is 50 tons.
The whole process is computerized, thus ensuring
the accuracy and liability of the production
process.
The techonology department owns advanced computer
color analyzer system, automatic material
dropping machine to gurantee reasonable and
accurate dyeing formula. We also have computerized
high-temperature-high-pressure sample dyeing
apparatus, and central unit which is right
the simulation of production process and technique
control, thus ensuring the quality of the
colored yarn from sampling to producing.
We own advanced Italian package-drying machine
and high-frequency drying machine.The spinning
factory of 25,000 spindles provides gray yarn
used in dyeing. The annual output of middle
grade and high grade dyed-yarn woven fabric
is 2 million meters.The key facilities are
one hundred Toyota Janpanese multi-shuttle
weaving machines. The main exporting countries
are Japan and European and American countries.
